Sales in Yonge Eglinton Toronto continued to move quite nicely. We saw very little change in sales from 2016 with 25 sales over the same quarter in 2017. We also saw a .6% increase in prices moving from $1,236,433 in 2016 to $1,318,144 in 2017. This area is still in high demand as we saw homes continue to sell for over the listing price.

One of the stats that shows that the market will continue to move well into 2017 is that the no. of days the homes were on the market was still almost the same as they sell quickly. This is partially due to the lack of inventory within the market for homes over 1 million dollars. A year ago we saw the luxury homes selling much quicker and more than listing price. Active listings decreased over the same quarter in this neighbourhood.

The analysis shows if you are debating on selling your home, now would be an excellent time to place your home on the market as the inventory continues to be low.
