rosedale real estate houseRosedale and Moore Park had a stable 4th quarter in 2017. We saw prices raise by .o5% to $1,584,234 on average. No. of Sales decreased by 17.5% to 71 solds over this period. New listings decreased to 82 for the quarter but most houses sold as there were only 25 active listings on the market at the end of the quarter an increase of 38.9% under the same period last year.

Due to the lack of inventory we are still seeing prices remain strong and the average sale was 99% of asking price. The sales cycle is still taking less than a month in Rosedale - Moore Park which proves the demand for houses in this luxury area is very strong.

These are pretty solid stats for Rosedale and Moore Park. There appears no sign of changes. Inventory being low in the area shows that buyers are willing to pay to be in this neighbourhood of Toronto. In fact we will probably see prices continue to remain strong if the inventory remains the same.

Rosedale and Moore Park have always been a leading neighbourhood when changes are happening within the market and we see no changes based on these numbers in the foreseeable future.
